Girls always ask about you. We have Hazel's b'day coming soon and we Gav organised a dirtgirl invite which he work on for a couple of hours.

The manjar recipe is:
1 L of milk 250 ml of cornflour the same of caster sugar the same of grated coconut 1 can of prunes in syrup
Put everything together in a pot on medium/ high heat Keep mixing it with a hand mixer or just beat it by hand Keep doing the same thing until it thickens well
wet the mold or tin and pour it onto it
take it to the fridge when it is warm not hot.
when its gone hard turn it over onto a dish and cover with canned prunes
